What the petition asks
I'm sick of care companies using "that's care" as an excuse for not sticking to employment law, happy staff equals happy clients
15 hour days with no break due to not bring given travel time between calls
Finishing between. 10-11pm then starting again at 6:30 the following morning
Expecting to work to unrealistic travel time (5 minutes to do a 30 minute journey)
Sending asthmatics into heavy smokers houses despite being told it makes them ill
