I live on an estate built by bellway homes in 2013 which had green areas and hard standing owned by meadfleet ltd.
This company charges home owners for maintaining land owned by them.
They are un regulated and charge for works with no proof of work being carried out.

This year they raised the price by 29.4% per visit raising the price by £53.18 a visit, costing an extra £638.16 per year!
The company do not carry out the agreed works properly and demand payments or legal action will be taken against home owners for none payment.
