What the petition asks

Glue traps don't just trap rats and mice, they indiscriminately catch any creature which has the misfortune to come into contact with them sentencing them to a lingering death in agony, until they die from starvation. The makers recommend disposing of the live, trapped victim in household waste.

Glue Traps are already banned Ireland and New Zealand.
Humane Society International have disturbing videos of all kinds of stuck creatures, trying to free themselves from glue traps which cause "hideous and even illegal cruelty” traps which 68 per cent of the British public would support banning. This can be seen at www.hsi.org
