Make the receiving parent accountable for money they receive in CSA payments

What the petition asks

The CSA do not hold any power to ascertain if payments madeare being for the childs benefit. A child could be kept in poverty and the receiving parent is totally unaccountable for the money. Payments for CSA must be accountable to the paying parent to ensure the money is being used correctly.
