I want to start a childcare facility for parents who work nights,

What the petition asks
Workers across countless sections work nights, and that means either a live in nanny, relative (who won't qualify for funds) or simply not working. There are many empty commercial properties in luton and I would like to turn one into a night childcare nursery for parents working nightshift
As a single parent and a night shift worker myself I understand the plight of parents who cannot find adequate childcare. Since I hold a valid casino licence I am CRB checked. I live near the hospital where I regularly talk with other parents suffering the same .
Why it was rejected
