Change the speed limit on Kingsway to 30mph

What the petition asks
Kingsway is the main road from Manchester city centre to stockport and the amount of cars I see speeding up to 80mph is absolutely disgusting especially as most of the road is a built up area. There is a accident almost everyday. Please help me make this a 30mph zone
