Parliament recognise the public own the NHS not any party

What the petition asks

41years 19 days ago I joined the NHS starting as a student ending as a Matron for 23 years

Our “leader” is clearly intent on the radical reform of OUR service into some sort of clone of the failed system in the USA famed for its ability to enrich service providers.
The USA system bankrupts services users who are from low to middle income groups who are unfortunate enough to become ill.

The American system is writing off the needs of the many. The spectre of a two tier service that provides a service for the few and a second rate uncaring underfunded service for the rest.
Credit card readers in ambulances? Financial checks as you book into A&E? The massive proliferation of debt collecting agencies and insolvency practitioners?

Why it was rejected

It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
