What the petition asks
On brunswick terrace Bacup there is a private fenced woodland, situated next to the river irwell. Habitating within this woodland are animals such as badgers, owls and various species.. This land is now up for auction.we want to stop the council to allow destroying the natural habitat.
Auction happens on the 17th of October, signage has only just appeared with no notification to any of the residents.
We need to preserve our natural wildlife as to let any palnning happen here will cause, the eviction of all animal habitants and foliage being torn down.
any building plabbeing will cause noise pollution on a quiet street located at the bottom of local cemetery. Block out light source to the houses situated on the street and cause Road damages to constant Road usage.
