Make discrimination against dyslexic people illegal

What the petition asks

I have Dyslexia. I went for an interview and was told that they wouldn't have me because it takes me too long to learn in a role because of my Dyslexia, even though I had the knowledge and could do the role with ease.

If Dyslexia was a named as a disability then employers would know that they had to provide reasonable adjustments, such as extra time in training or learning a new job.
