What the petition asks
We need to restore common sense to our country. It is time to put Britain first. We need a British Bill of Rights and Responsibilities. The formal link between the British Courts and the European Court of Human Rights needs to be broken.
The Supreme Court should be the ultimate arbiter of human rights matters in the UK
