Require internet providers to deny services to anyone convicted of sex offenses

I’ve been directly affected by a predator and I want to make a stand, not just for me but for others I know who have also been affected. Downloading indecent pictures of children is a real problem. People forget the children on these images are also victims somewhere down this disgusting line. Something needs to change and these predators need stopping! Please help me make a change and sign this petition!!! Thank you.
