Make removing items from a grave without permission illegal

What the petition asks
We are creating this petition on behalf of all grieving parents and families who would like to decorate their child's grave, without the risk that cemetery staff may remove items without getting permission from the family.
We lost our baby girl Niamh at 22 weeks and 4 days and wanted to lay her to rest in a place where she wouldn't be disturbed by cemetery staff removing her belongings for health and safety reasons, in case the lawnmower ran the stones over and caused an interference or, in the words of the cemetery manager, "caused a death".
