All vehicles using UK roads to have lights on whilst driving.

As a driver of many years I have seen countless people driving in low light areas driving appropriate lighting. We need to make it so everyone contributes to a safer road.

You could start a new petition asking for a specific change to the rules and guidance on lighting requirements.
