18+ student oyster card 30% discount should apply on single journey basis.

What the petition asks
Mostly students commute to university 3/4 times a week. You can only get discount on 18+ student oyster card if you buy a weekly or monthly pass which works out a lot expensive for many students. TFL should apply discount on every journey basis so they can actually benefit from the offer.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
