What the petition asks

Spending of foreign aid has to be used to the benefit of all citizens. Countries, such as Pakistan, that continue to mistreat their minorities must not receive aid any longer:
Asia Bibi, Christian mother of five, in prison for alleged blasphemy since 2010.
Ahmadi mosque attacked, Chakwal, 2016.
