Change the law so that rape can be classed as a terrorist offence

What the petition asks

Targeting women & children with the heinous act of rape based on race, colour or religious, non religious & political beliefs, is a conscious form of illicit psychological warfare, genocide, &/or so-called ethnic cleansing as recognised by the UN Security Council under the 1820 resolution.
Amnesty International reports that all around the world military commanders are using rape to 'terrorize' humiliate and demoralize communities. Amnesty International, OHCHR, UNICEF, Military Chiefs, Govts all understand and know this undeniable fact.

These same tactics are being used in the UK. We need to recognise and understand that these are acts of terrorism.
