Stop touts buying tickets and stopping 'true fans' from purchasing them

What the petition asks

Genuine fans are becoming very annoyed by these touts that are purchasing additional tickets and selling for a profit. Tickets should be made NON transferable to put a stop to this

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

Change the law to ban the resale of tickets for more than their face value
