Stop charging married women to have their surname changed on their passport

What the petition asks
When people get married and wish to take their partners surname the UK government charges to have their surname changed. This discriminates against marriage and women in particular as it is normally this sex which takes the surname of their partner. The charge should be eliminated or greatly reduced
