What the petition asks

At this time the Law states that Balls must be returned which is Stupid as they just Repeat their actions causing Damage to Plants and Property, they never Learn but the Loss would stop there actions, this can be from the Highway as Well as joining Gardens, there are Play Areas made for Football.

The Police fail to uphold the Law from the Highways using section 161 item 3, Parents and their Children need to Learn either the easy way which they control or the hard way where they loose the Balls, we have had over Fifty balls over now with Nobody doing anything, cars damaged and garden lights smashed, the wife being hit in the face plus many other Antisocial things, the Police should not take their side and threaten Prosecution if house owners keep the Balls, Let’s put the issue correct Now
