What the petition asks
With More and More Properties Only removing part of the Fence/Hedge these days and Crossing the Footpaths something needs to be done to Force these to have a Dropped Kerb, the Footpaths are Not made to take Traffic and so Costs the Council in Repairs, then I believe they have No right to Cross Path
A number in each Road Do Not pay and so Could Get Blocked in by Others Parking across a None Dropped Kerb, these people often cause Mud on the Footpaths by Churning the Verges up, the thing is Councils do another Enforce these Breaches costing money in Repairs’s and Mud cleaning which could go elsewhere, Needs an Offence to Force them to Comply, this would Stop Areas looking run down as above, the Law should be Equal to all as Most Comply.
Let’s get it an Offence.
