Investigate the purpose of the letter sent by MP Heaton-Harris to university VCs

What the petition asks

On 3rd October, Tory whip Heaton-Harris requested on government letterhead of all university VCs "the names of professors...involved in the teaching of European affairs, with particular reference to Brexit." Government must investigate the intentions of this letter and publish its findings.
