What the petition asks
Recently many people have had their Personal independence payment stopped and are no longer meeting the criteria.
From experience i think the questions are more aimed at people with physical disabilities and mental retardations rather than mental health issues.

4. Have you ever had addiction problems?
5. How are you at handling your finances?
6. How is your memory?
7. How often do you experience a symptom? Ect ect...
