Have a low risk birth unit option available for the women of Plymouth

What the petition asks
Plymouth doesn't currently have a low risk birth unit unlike Exeter and Truro. There are massive benefits for everyone involved by providing this option for pregnant women. Let's petition parliament to get the funding to open one up locally.

Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
This would be a decision for local NHS bodies, not the UK Government or Parliament.
