What the petition asks
Fireworks are too easily accessible to the general public. The range and variety sold are overkill for a good old fashioned back garden display. The misuse of fireworks is the most worrying issue. People throw them around, light them in unsafe public spaces and cause damage to people and properties.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
