Stop the sale of fireworks to the general public

What the petition asks
Too much anti-social behavoir is going around lately in regards to the use of fireworks as weapons. I would like to put my word across to the government that the sale of fireworks need to be permitted to event organisers only and follow suit of the Australian law.
On "mischief night" many fireworks were fired at buildings and vehicles; and just recently in Bootle, a set of fireworks were set off in a shop.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
