Vote of no confidence in Boris Johnson's ability to act as Foreign Secretary

Boris Johnson is unfit to hold the office of Foreign Secretary, and has thrown Britain's reputation under the bus for the sake of quoting a few lines of poetry and putting a woman's freedom in jeopardy. He should be removed from office at the earliest moment.
