What the petition asks
This government have caused pain to the poor/vulnerable with cruel policies. Universal Credit leaving people with no money. Making the poor pay for all the greedy actions of the rich which led us into recession pandering to their every whim. Removing DLA/PIP from people with mental health needs.
We need to make this society a fairer one and a strong one, but while the Tory's are in power their week pandering policies will only serve the rich. We need someone in power who is going to have a voice for all people, but especially one that fights for those less well off in our society.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
The resignation of a government Minister would be an individual decision for that person, and not a decision for the Government or Parliament as a whole.
If you're concerned about a particular policy or decision that's the responsibility of the Government or Parliament, you could start a petition about that.
