What the petition asks
Many overseas qualified nurses have been employed in the UK healthcare sector private & NHS as HCA’s. Each of them have been practising in a totally English environment. NMC should incorporate exceptional arrangements, to facilitate their registration.
We call on NMC to facilitate their registration by verifying evidence of
1.) their overseas pre-registration nursing qualification being taught and examined in English,
2.) UK employer reference confirming language proficiency
OR
having completed a bachelors or masters from UK
