To give FIBROMYALGIA a chance to be researched so us sufferers can get help

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

Acknowledgement for the condition of FIBROMYALGiA- GP education. Social education. Research. And to have the DWP acknowledge a condition that causes widespread pain that interferes with a lot of peoples daily life.
Just like any condition that hasn't had the relevant research we have nowhere to turn. Its about time we are listened to.

Why it was rejected

It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.

You could start a new petition asking for the Government to fund more research into fibromyalgia and/or run an awareness campaign aimed at healthcare professionals and the public, if that's what you want to happen.
