What the petition asks
Stop cruel comments with insinuations that being a red head is unfortunate ugly and embarrassing. That a person deserves to be bullied because there a red head.
Taunting red heads seems to be the last socially accepted freebie in society, yet it's impact can be as devastating to the receiver as any person covered in the discrimination act. Abuse ranges from name calling which leads to low self esteem and depression. Most disturbing suicide. Serious assaults have occurred just for being a red head. A red head can't change the colour of hair. Like a person can't change their skin colour, sexual orientation or disability. It can't continue. It's not "OK".
