Cancel EU exit referendum result. Hold new vote with clearer rules/guidelines

What the petition asks
rules such as 10% majority on either side and that all UK countries: England; Northern Ireland; Scotland; and Wales must be in agreement. election rules. Highly ridiculous that the biggest question of generation was held with the most ridiculous simplicity of a yes or no vote.
All new publicity on either side should be agreed, scrutinised and backed up with cast iron promises, no scare mongering or promises of money for the NHS that cannot be delivered. If any company had made adverts with such falsehoods they would have been sued, so all new publicity should be scrutinised and agreed by an independent panel of experts from both sides of the argument.
