What the petition asks

If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland you don't have to pay prescription charges.
People in England Should have Free Asthma prescriptions due to the fact that the condition is life threatening. Asthma medication should be Free in England bringing equality throughout the United Kingdom
Under the laws of Equality and Human Rights every person that uses the NHS has the same right as any other person. As pre stated other parts of the UK are exempt from Asthma prescription charges.

Legally the laws of Equality and Human rights dictate that all should be equal and treated the same as any other Person or People. Forcing People in England to pay for Asthma medication is and should be recognised as Illegal.

The Human rights of Asthma sufferers in England have been disregarded.
