What the petition asks

ECJ human rights law must apply equally to EU Citizens and British citizens after March 2019. We can not allow a situation where British Citizens or European citizens living in the UK are treated as second class citizens after March 2019.

Brussels is pushing for the European Court of Justice to have a role in EU citizens' rights for 15 years after Brexit.
