Strobe Light Warnings to be a Legal Requirement

What the petition asks
For establishments using strobe lights, or for companies utilising a building in which they will issue strobe lights, there should be a legal requirement for both parties to issue a strobe light warning on both the physical establishment and on the respective website clearly.
