What the petition asks

Whilst I, We, our Children wait patiently for GP referrals & treatment from NHS mental health service’s ever growing waiting lists people are sadly taking their own lives more & more every year which has a hand in hand impact on physical health too which can sometimes be upsettingly be fatal.
Mental illness can hit anyone at any time it does not care for who you are, occupation, status, beliefs, race or sexuality and so forth. I’m most certain we all want the help to be available for our loved ones in a reasonable time-frame.
It’s also crusial GP’s are offered further education in mental health to make sure every patient has a plan of action and appropriate referrals made for the right support, not just a prescription for anti-depressants to hand.

Why it was rejected

It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.

We're not sure exactly what you mean by "£1 Tax increase p/m for mental health services".

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
