Stop Post Office staff making small business owners feel ashamed when they visit

Small business owners rely on Royal Mail and the Post Office to send out orders to customers. Increasingly, they are made to feel embarrassed, ashamed and/or guilty for taking their parcels to the Post Office, especially when they've bought the postage online and not paid directly at the counter.
