What the petition asks

Residents in a wealthy area of Bristol have installed the spikes on the roosting branches of some trees to protect their cars from bird poo.
UK Bird populations are in great decline. Heinous practices like this is wrong on so many levels.

It was with great outrage and disgust that I saw this post on Twitter and Had to petition against this practice.
