Give a proper Birth and a Death certificates to all babies born from 17-40 weeks babies taking a breath at Birth are not being give a proper birth certificate and a Death certificate because doctors are classifying them as not viable not even to give medical assistance to keep them alive

These certificates are significantly important to these parents it gives the parents recognition for the baby to not have them makes the parents feel their baby did not exist.
And if the baby is born and is taking a breath even if it’s only 17 weeks gestation Doctors should give the medical attention and try to save he baby’s life and not step back and say the baby is not viable
