Make CPS change their poor guidelines on taking domestic abuse cases to court!
Rejected

What the petition asks
Too many people are being let down by the CPS, finally having the strength to report domestic abuse to only be turned away as "not enough evidence". Victims then are more at risk as abusers will punish them for reporting it and abusers will know they will get away with it as long as no evidence !
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
