Mandatory consent lessons from Year 9 in all high schools

What the petition asks
So my high school was fairly good at this, but it has come to my attention that it is not mandatory for consent lessons to be taught to both boys and girls and in my opinion, to enrich future generations well-being, it should be something that is taught in all high-schools.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
