Not spend millions on fireworks next NYE & give the money to homeless shelters

What the petition asks

This New Year Eve 1.8 million pounds were spent on fireworks that lasted 20 minutes. This money would be better being donated to homeless shelters and charities for this is the true meaning of Christmas
