Introduce Additional Bank Holiday per year (between August and December)
Rejected
11 signatures
What the petition asks
Since England & Wales have the list number of holidays in a year compared to other countries around the world, working people would benefit an extra bank holiday preferably between August bank holiday & Christmas (ex. Remembrance Day). This would also help in having a break between this long period.

The above website(s) shows the UK being one of the few countries having the least holidays compared even to our neighbouring European countries let alone the rest of the world.
