Make it a criminal offence to leave dogs unattended in cars

What the petition asks
There are many dog owners who leave their dogs unattended and without water in parked cars where a lot become stressed. Leaving one window open slightly does not ensure they have sufficent air. This is paramount especilly during hot weather when the car can heat severly as hot as an oven
The RSPCA already know the risks attending to help dying dogs that are what can only be called cooked alive due to overheating in an oven like enviroment, a hot car that not only suffocates but kills with many animals being removed once dead. What a horrendous way to die for theses animals. Therefore there should be heafy fines in place to make these owners think first. Fines made payable to the Goverment .The RSPCA should also be given the rights also to fine on the spot therefore saving lives
