What the petition asks

We, the undersigned, belive Toby Young should be fired. This is due to ableist comments which prove he is unqualified for the position within the university regulator.

Young has referred to children with learning difficulties as "illiterate troglodytes"and complaining that schools having to give access to children in wheelchairs is an example of "ghastly" political correctness.

Why it was rejected

It was about honours or appointments, which petitions cannot cover.
