Block fraudulent ticket reselling companies outside of the uk

Like many other people in the uk I bought tickets from a company called ticketselection, a company based in Spain. I paid four times the ticket price. This company never sent tickets, never refunds people and never responds to phone calls and emails. This site and others like it needs to get blocked
