What the petition asks
My son’s car was stolen and crashed. The car is a write off and his insurance company have put the claim down as a fault claim because the thief wasn’t insured so they can’t claim against his insurance company. Thieves are never insured, so why should insurance companies be allowed to penalise you.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
