What the petition asks

There are many cases of people phoning kennels about lost dogs to be told that the warden has not collected the dog it’s not there, then receiving a letter on the 6th day of it being there telling them to collect it, this isn't right the dog only has 7 days before council take ownership PTS rehomed

There are two cases that I'm aware of where dogs have been PTS before the owner had chance to rescue they had not been informed by dog warden/kennels even after ringing up and asking cases where owners have been looking for their dogs and they've been rehomed starting a debate about ownership and the original owners having to say goodbye to their best friend because they cant afford to fight in court People are turning to social media and volunteers to find and return dogs because its safer.
