for sites to encourage and educate people who want to sell animals or to give away their animals to speak to professionals first ( ie rescues) as it has been proven that most animals are being used as bait and abuse and this cruelty has to be stopped, these animals have been through enough
all the evidence and vile pictures on on the following site if you wish to read http://www.animal-rights-action.com/free-to-good-home
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you're concerned about animals being sold online, but we're not sure exactly what actions you're asking for.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
