Increase funding to Children's Mental Health services in the UK.

What the petition asks
In 2015, the government pledged an extra £1.4 billion over five years to “transform” CAMHS (Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services). CCGs (Clinical Comission Groups) used this money for other priorities, or something completely different. Children's Mental Health Services need more funding.
