Stop arresting people for online comments

What the petition asks
In this society, all people are free to say anything they want. Unless that something is deemed "offensive" which is a term that has no and can have no true definition. Harassment is defined, but offence is not.
Arresting people for "trolling" in relation to offence (which is taken not given) is a counter productive response. There are ideas that are repulsive to have in this country, but people have a right to their views (I may not agree with what you have to say but I shall defend to the death your right to say it) and that must not be infringed (and waste police resources). All banning a form of speech ensures is that you will not hear the speech until it is too late.
